terms of service

what deed is

deed is software. it lets people launch coins and trade them through smart contracts on solana, bnb chain and robinhood chain. deed is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser. we never hold your coins or your money. trades happen between your wallet and the contracts.

who can use it

your wallet

you control your own wallet and keys. we can't see them, reset them or get them back. anything you sign is final. a transaction on a blockchain can't be undone by us or anyone else.

the risk is real

if you launch a coin

fees

any launch fee, trading fee or coin tax is shown before you sign. fees paid on chain are not refundable.

draws and rewards

some coins send part of their tax to a holder draw or a holder share. these are paid by the contracts, on chain, under the rules the creator set at launch. don't take part where that isn't allowed.

things you can't do

no promises

deed is provided as is. we work hard to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will always be available, error free, or that any coin will hold its value.

limits on liability

to the fullest extent the law allows, deed and the people who build it are not liable for losses from trading, coin prices, contract or network problems, your wallet, or things other users do. if we are found liable for anything, the most we owe is what you paid deed in fees in the 3 months before the claim.

changes

we may update these terms. we'll change the date at the top when we do. using deed after a change means you accept the new terms.
