privacy policy

deed collects as little as it can. no ads, no tracking scripts, and we never sell your data. this page says what we keep and why.

what we collect

• wallet addresses you connect, so we can show your bags, coins and trades.
• x account, if you link it: your x id, username, display name, profile picture, the date the account was made, and its verified type. we use the date to check the account is at least 30 days old before you can launch.
• tiktok account, if you link it: your tiktok open id, username and display name. that's all we ask tiktok for. we never see your videos, likes, followers or messages. linking tiktok is optional.
• things you post on deed, like coin room messages and build requests.
• basic server logs (ip address, browser, pages asked for), kept by our host to run and protect the site.

what we don't collect

• no passwords and no private keys. you sign in with your wallet, x or tiktok.
• no email address unless you send us one.
• the sign-in token x or tiktok gives us is used once to read your profile, then thrown away. we don't store it.
• we never post, follow, or message anyone on your behalf.

how we use it

• to sign you in and keep your account together.
• to show who stands behind a coin. if you turn on "show on coin", your linked handle and a link to your profile appear on your coin's page. tiktok only shows if you choose it.
• to enforce the rules, like one launch a day per person and the x account age check.
• to keep the site running and stop abuse.

how long we keep it

• a linked x or tiktok account stays on your deed account until you unlink it. unlinking deletes it from our database right away.
• we don't sell, rent or share your x or tiktok data, and we never use it for ads.
• server logs are kept by our host for a short time and then dropped.

what is public

blockchains are public. your wallet address, trades and coins can be seen by anyone, on deed or anywhere else. handles you choose to show on a coin are public too.

cookies and storage

we use a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and a preview cookie during the coming soon period. your browser also stores small settings, like your default chain and trade presets. we don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

who helps us run deed

• railway hosts the site and its database.
• supabase stores files attached to build requests.
• helius and quicknode run the blockchain nodes we read from and send transactions through.
• x and tiktok handle sign-in when you link those accounts.

they only get what they need to do that job.

your choices

• unlink x or tiktok any time on your account page.
• turn "show on coin" off any time.
• ask us to delete your account data by messaging @didulol on x. we delete what we hold within 30 days. we can't delete anything already on a blockchain.

kids

deed is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

changes

we may update this policy. we'll change the date at the top when we do.
